At Rewati Naturals, we aim to deliver your favorite natural and wellness products safely and promptly. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries, shipping charges, and timelines.
1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.

During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link.
2. Delivery Time
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 (India only).

A nominal shipping fee of ₹50–₹100 may apply to smaller or COD orders depending on the delivery location.

Any additional charges (e.g., octroi or local taxes) must be borne by the customer if applicable.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes only.

Additional COD fees (usually ₹50) may apply.

The courier will not hand over the parcel without full payment in cash.

Repeated refusals or fake orders may lead to blocking of future COD purchases.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

A tracking number and courier name via email or SMS.

You can track your order on our website under “Track Order” or directly through the courier’s tracking page.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 business days, contact us at support@rewatinaturals.com.
6. Shipping Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are accurate while placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete address.

Recipient not available at the time of delivery.

Refused or unclaimed packages.
If a shipment is returned to us due to these reasons, reshipping charges will apply.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
International shipping options may be added in the future — updates will be announced on our website and social media pages.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
We take extra care in packaging your products. However, if your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

Take clear unboxing photos/videos of the parcel and products.

Email them to support@rewatinaturals.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Our support team will investigate and resolve the issue within 2–3 business days.
9. Delayed Deliveries
While most orders arrive on time, occasional courier delays may occur.
If your order has not arrived within 10 days of shipment, please contact our support team with your order number.
We’ll help track your parcel and coordinate with the courier partner until it reaches you.
