Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rewati Naturals. We take great pride in offering you pure, natural, and chemical-free wellness products. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Since our products are personal care and hygiene items, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

  • The product was damaged or leaking upon arrival.

  • You received a defective or expired item.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Orders placed by mistake or change of mind.


2. Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at support@rewatinaturals.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Unboxing video or clear photo showing the issue (this is mandatory for verification).

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you of the next steps.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup (if available in your area) or share the return shipping instructions.


3. Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Any tampered or damaged packaging (after delivery) will make the item ineligible for return.

  • Products sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • If you used a discount code or promotional offer, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.


5. Replacements

If you received a damaged, wrong, or defective product, we will send a free replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
If the product is out of stock, you may choose between a refund or a replacement with another product of equal value.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting us at support@rewatinaturals.com.
Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@rewatinaturals.com.
